Our Fitness Philosophy
Most people who aren’t getting results aren’t doing anything wrong. They show up. They follow the plan. They put the work in. The problem isn’t effort. It’s that most programs aren’t designed to actually change anything. Group classes, crash diets, treadmill routines are built to feel like progress. Sweating and soreness are easy to produce. Real change is harder.
Everything we do at Fit House is built around one idea: muscle drives the results you actually care about. Your metabolism, your body composition, how you look, how you feel at 50 versus 60. All of it comes back to muscle mass.
Strength training done with real structure and real progression is the only approach that addresses all of those things at once. Not a trend. Not a hack. Just the thing that works, backed by decades of research and hundreds of clients who proved it out right here.

Our Small Group Training Isn't Cookie-Cutter
Most group training keeps everyone moving through the same stations, sweating hard, calling it progress. That's exercise. We build something different: a program that's actually built for your body, your level, and your goals.

The Squat Test: Most People Fail It
We've never met someone who can walk in off the street and perform a perfect barbell squat. Knees aren't ready, the lower back is weak, one side is stronger than the other. If you can't squat all the way down with your chest up and heels flat, you're not ready to load a bar on your back and grind through a boot camp. So we don't start you there. We start where your body actually is.

Once you've built the foundation, you train alongside others. You get out of it exactly what you put in.
We also train women and men differently. Same body parts, different hormones, different goals, different programs.
