Chris and Gina are BACK! In their first episode back, they discuss the biggest misconception in fitness. And it isn’t what you might think!

Many people think they fail to reach their goals because they just aren’t motivated enough. Instead, we see people who are frustrated, worn out, and tired of not seeing results, and THIS is why they quit before they reach their goals. What they need is the right plan for their goals so all their hard work pays off.

The best plan needs to include three things:

You must build muscle. This is the fire in your metabolic furnace! Muscle keeps you leaner and creates the strength you need to live an optimal life. The only way to build muscle is through strength training. You also need proper nutrition to fuel your life. Your metabolism will thank you, and so will your muscles! And lastly, you need a plan to help your body continue to make progress as you get stronger and leaner. What works for you when you start out isn’t what’s going to work for you in six months! That includes a plan to progress your training as your body adapts AND to progress your nutrition as your needs change.
