What do Chris and Gina know for sure about nutrition?

Over the last two podcast episodes, they’ve taken turns talking about what they know for sure about nutritionโ€”and it isn’t about a specific miracle food, special nutrition rule, or other super secret tip.

Instead, it’s about what works and what will get you the results you want.

In Episode 10, Chris talks about the two things he knows for sure about nutrition:

In Episode 10, Chris talks about the two things he knows for sure about nutrition. For more of our videos, including all of our client interviews, subscribe to our YouTube channel here.

He knows that:

  • What works for one person might not work for someone else
  • What gets you from point A to point B is not what will get you from point B to point C

He also talks about his own nutrition history, his prior thoughts about nutrition, and how his current thoughts came to fruition.

In Episode 11, Gina talks about the two things she know for sure about nutrition:

In Episode 11, Gina shares the two things she knows for sure about nutrition. For more podcast episodes, check out our entire playlist here.

She knows that:

  • Nothing lasts forever, so the plan that works for you now will need to change eventually
  • Having a plan is required, as no one gets results without one

Like Chris, Gina also discusses her own nutrition history, how she saw results when she first changed her nutrition, and how she’s had to modify her plan to continue to see results since then.

Many people have good intentions when it comes to nutrition. They know they need to eat healthier, they want to lose body fat, but they just don’t have the plan to get started or to efficiently get results. If that’s you, we can help. We help craft training and nutrition plans to get our clients continuous results, and we work folks from all over the Buffalo area, including Buffalo, Tonawanda, Kenmore, and Amherst.
