Fit Life 2020 Nutrition Program: Simplified and Fun

Nutrition is a funny business. At times, it seems it should be the fourth sibling to the three things you shouldn’t discuss: religion, politics, and money. It’s widely misunderstood, deeply personal, and the greatest obstacle for many in achieving their body composition goals.

There’s a big difference between eating healthy foods and eating for fat loss. There are approximately 15 million nutrition programs out there, all claiming to be the magic solution. There are crash diets that mess with your emotions: you lose a bunch of weight on the scale in an expedient amount of time and then put it all right back on, plus extra. The joke is, if you have a proper understanding about nutrition, you can see right through the smoke and mirrors.

Each year we strive to make the nutrition program more effective and, in turn, simpler. We find most people do not want to count all the calories they consume, all day, every day. Honestly, that’s the most effective way to sculpt your body, but if you’re not able to stick with it—well, it’s not effective at all. If you don’t follow it, it won’t work.

Our nutrition program this year is not “high tech.” It’s simplified. The basics are the basics, and you can’t beat the basics. If you can master the basics, you’re going to see TREMENDOUS results in the short-term and set yourself up for even better results long-term.

This year’s program is going to be a game. It’s going to be a blast, with daily check-ins, Facebook support groups, tons of variety and meal ideas, constant check ins, all of us pushing each other, and all of us buying in emotionally and having the time of our lives! Did I mention constant check-ins?!

If you have already mastered the basics, we are offering an advanced program. For those who have struggled to stay on track, this is going to be a fresh start. Get motivated, get pumped, and get ready for fun! I can’t give all the details away before we start, but I promise you this: this is not the one to miss. We are pouring our hearts into this, and once everything comes to fruition, you’re going to be kicking yourself in the ass if you’re stuck on the dock watching this PARTY BOAT take off. There will be a trail of Caribbean music, laughter, pool parties, wakeboarding, conga lines, and the clanging of glasses as we make a protein shake toast to our adventure and shove off toward success!
