We All Have Struggles, But Giving Up is Never An Option | Fit House Podcast | Episode 8

We all have struggles, but giving up in never an option.

This week, Chris and Gina share the struggles they are going through right now. We know everyone has something going on, even fitness professionals like Chris and Gina, but we also know what helps us best overcome these struggles:

  • Continuing to train.
  • Continuing to eat right.
  • Continuing to push forward and not quit.

When we quit, when we fail to show up, or when we ditch our nutrition out of stress, we run the risk of losing everything. We lose muscle. We lose health. We lose mental stability. We lose stress relief. We lose our ability to overcome our obstacles quickly and efficiently.

Chris and Gina have their own struggles, too, and this week, they share what they’re currently tackling. The key is that they never quit, so there’s always progress, despite the struggles. Like this episode? Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel!

This is why we firmly believe at Fit House in the idea of forward progress. As long as you are making positive forward steps, you are heading in the right direction. Small steps, large steps, mental steps, physical steps—if we can keep making steps in the right direction, even if we are doing it in the midst of struggle, even if we are running on autopilot, we are still making ourselves better than we were yesterday.

If you’ve got a mental struggle, a physical struggle, we’ve got you. If you’re just trying to survive, we’ve got you. We can help you make forward progress in the best of times and the worst of times. Give a listen this week to hear how Chris and Gina are getting it done.

If you’re ready to tackle your nutrition, training, and overall health, we can help.
