Crockpot Cabbage Soup

Your story starts now. Get started with Fit House Today!

It’s November, and we see you all posting your soup and crockpot Sunday dinners all over social media. Here’s another one to try—a healthy soup full of protein, veggies, and flavor!

Ingredients:

2 15 oz cans of organic tomato sauce
2 16 oz containers of organic bone broth
1 head of cabbage, chopped
3-4 lb of 80/20 organic grass fed beef (uncooked)
2 yellow onions, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Cumin (about a tbsp)

This soup is delicious and super easy! I never cook my meat ahead of time as I don’t want to dry it out. Simply add all the ingredients to the crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high. For measuring purposes, I did not chop the beef until after it was cooked so we could meal prep the soup easily.

Enjoy!
