The very first thing Marie told Chris when they met was that NOTHING works for her. She had tried everything, and nothing helped her lose weight. There’s nothing more frustrating than putting in hard work and not seeing the results you anticipated. So how did Marie overcome her frustration and achieve results? She started out with just training, adding more and doing more, such as changing her nutrition, as she got more and more motivated by her results. Now she’s down over 34 pounds as of the filming of this interview, and her confidence, energy, and strength are amazing. Marie has found that there is something that works, and she can lose weight.
Her experience is all too common; she thought she was doing all the right things, only to grow more and more frustrated by not seeing the results she wanted.
