In this episode, Chris and Gina discuss the differences between their nutrition approaches, what they have found works best for them, and the difference in their habits. Chris says he’s a nutrition “robot;” he can eat the same things again and again, and his primary concern is what will work for his goals. Gina gets creative, and she needs more variety in her food choices.
