What do Chris and Gina know for sure about nutrition?
Over the last two podcast episodes, they’ve taken turns talking about what they know for sure about nutrition—and it isn’t about a specific miracle food, special nutrition rule, or other super secret tip.
Instead, it’s about what works and what will get you the results you want.
In Episode 10, Chris talks about the two things he knows for sure about nutrition:

- What works for one person might not work for someone else
- What gets you from point A to point B is not what will get you from point B to point C
He also talks about his own nutrition history, his prior thoughts about nutrition, and how his current thoughts came to fruition.
In Episode 11, Gina talks about the two things she know for sure about nutrition:
She knows that:
- Nothing lasts forever, so the plan that works for you now will need to change eventually
- Having a plan is required, as no one gets results without one
Like Chris, Gina also discusses her own nutrition history, how she saw results when she first changed her nutrition, and how she’s had to modify her plan to continue to see results since then.
